Important: Under Settings > Appcues AI you can dramatically improve the AI Assistant’s answers and actions by adding Context rules about your company, customers, products, brand and more. The rules you provide here will be used as context for any questions any of your team members ask of the AI Assistant. Shown below is a snippet of the rules Appcues uses for it’s own Appcues account. For best results, be concise — do not paste in multiple pages of context and rules. Also note you can’t refer to URLs at this time, so if you have context on a web page, copy and paste a summary of it here. Best practice is to add 1 rule at a time, click save, and then see it’s impact on the AI Assistant’s answers. Then refine or add more as needed.

🐛Reporting bugs or enhancements
Let us know in the AI Assistant Slack channel we have set up for you. When reporting an issue include a copy of your account #, what you asked the AI assistant and the date/time you asked it.

✨What’s working now
- Build or edit mobile Flows with support for modals (full, dialog, sheet, half sheet), tooltips (floating) and embeds AND all builder blocks, including survey and image generation
- create a 2 step mobile flow that welcomes new users to ProductX with a friendly open house image and on the 2nd step thanks them for trying ProductX with an image of a 3 person team waving.
- Mobile flows can be created actions that open other flows or URLs
- List mobile or web flows and mobile apps and answer questions about any web or mobile flow
- list the mobile flows I created in the last few days for my XYZ app
- For my ABCD flow, what does it do?
- list my web flows recently created
- Answer questions about the Appcues product and strategies for improving product adoption & user engagement. If you see gaps let us know so we can improve it!

- how should I drive product adoption of my banners feature?

- Understands who is logged into to Studio and their account and maintains role access levels (i.e. readonly users can’t edit content)
- We do not pass any PII to the model today - so it knows words like ‘my content’ or ‘flows I created’ and can link to content you create, but does not know your name/email
- Stays focused on Appcues and product adoption/engagement questions
- won’t answer Qs about religion or politics or other products
- You can influence what the AI assistant does or how it answers by providing Context rules under Settings. See the last bullet under “Try it out!” above.
